01 Coffee Products
Because coffee is a perishable item:
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used coffee bags
- Unopened bags may be eligible for return within 7 days, subject to approval
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect
02 Merchandise
Mugs, apparel, gear & accessories:
- Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll replace it at no cost to you
03 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:
- Email support@rujocoffeehouse.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
- After review, we will offer a replacement or full refund
04 Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
